The key tip here is to enjoy life and don’t feel guilty when you consume the foods you love. Our bodies are not designed for 100% perfection. My program teaches people how to continue to enjoy the foods they love as the first priority and then how to incorporate healthier food choices over time. And yes, I cheat on my own diet and am proud of it because I have maintained the weight I have lost. Most importantly I love to enjoy life!
